Flight Brigade are a seven piece band whose strength in numbers suit the scope of their songs. The grand orchestral sweeps, the crunching anthemic guitars, with male/female vocals & strings set amidst synths & heavy guitars.
Their explosive live show feels like it’s their last day on earth, ‘as if Arcade Fire and Of Monsters And Men had a face off with Fleetwood Mac and then Renaissance came in for the kill!’.
Festival appearances have included Glastonbury, Bestival, The Great Escape, Beautiful Days, Larmer Tree, Blissfields, and Boomtown Fair, not to mention having two tours of Germany under their belt
In 2016 they released their debut album ‘Our Friends Our Enemies’. Named one of Time Out’s ‘Rising Stars’, radio play has included, Dan O’Connell Radio X, Steve Lamacq & Tom Robinson BBC 6 Music, Gary Crowley, BBC Introducing London, Bob Harris & Janice Long, BBC Radio 2,
Their songs have been used on ‘Made In Chelsea’, Channel 4’s ‘Sunday Brunch’ and more recently E4s "Tattoo Fixers"
The band spent of autumn 2017 recording their second album "Chased By Wolves" at The Visconti Studio with producer Chris Porter. The album is released 13th September 2019
