A Band Called Malice bring the fire and fury of The Jam back to the streets where it all began.
Celebrating Woking’s iconic mod heritage, the band deliver a high‑energy, razor‑tight show packed with the hits, the attitude, and the unmistakable sound of one of Britain’s greatest bands.
From 'A Town Called Malice' to 'Down in the Tube Station at Midnight', every track is played with passion, precision, and total respect for the originals.
A must‑see night for Jam fans, mod revivalists, and anyone who loves their live music loud, authentic, and full of heart.
The Fiery Bird is just steps from Goldsworth Road’s musical past, where venues like Mike’s Club helped shape the early tastes of young Paul Weller, and fed the mod culture that defined Woking. The Jam played there regularly, and held a residency during 1974-75
Their explosive tribute to The Jam brings that heritage full circle — sharp, authentic, and rooted in the streets that influenced the original sound., this is more than a tribute — it’s a homecoming.
We are aiming to try and make this an authentic Jam gig experience so dressing up is encouraged. Parkas, Fred Perry shirts, scooter patches, Harrington Jackets etc (but obviously it's optional)
Standing show. 14+ only. Under age 18's must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets.
